3. Service Agreement
By accepting Our quotation, either verbally, in writing, or by any other means, You are entering into a contract for the Services described in the quotation. The contract will become effective once We confirm receipt of Your acceptance, and We will proceed with the scheduled work as outlined.

4. Pricing

  • Pricing for Services will be outlined in the quotation provided to You before any work begins.
  • Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the job, and additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise.
  • Payments for Services will be due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods specified at the time of invoicing.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month from the due date.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or withhold further services if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If You wish to cancel the agreed Services, You must provide Us with written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled work date.
  • If You cancel the service within 48 hours of the agreed start time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost will apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the work if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., adverse weather, illness, or equipment failure), with prior notice provided.

7. Site Access and Safety

  • You must ensure that Our team has safe access to the site and the area where the work is to be carried out.
  • Any obstruction or hazardous conditions that may compromise the safety of Our team will need to be addressed before the work can begin.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to underground utilities, pipes, or cables unless they were disclosed to Us beforehand.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • AH Garden & Tree Specialist Limited holds public liability insurance, covering any damage to property or injury caused during the provision of the Services.
  • We will take all reasonable precautions to minimize damage to your property; however, We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs as a result of factors outside of Our control, such as extreme weather.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any structures, plants, or landscaping are adequately prepared and protected before Our team arrives.

9. Warranty and Guarantee

  • We offer a guarantee for the Services provided. If You experience issues directly caused by Our work within 30 days of completion, We will return to address the problem free of charge.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather, pests, or negligence.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for notifying Us of any conditions that may affect the completion of the work (e.g., specific plants, structures, or areas to avoid).
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or consents required for the work, including planning permission for tree removal or other activities where applicable.

  • We are committed to protecting Your privacy and complying with data protection laws. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing the Services and will not be shared with third parties without Your consent, except where required by law.

12. Complaints and Disputes
